On our Testimonials and Helpful Links page, we give you a sampling of feedback from our customers, a list of some recent and better known customers, and the benefit of some websites that we have come across over the years which our customers have enjoyed and found useful.

We get a lot of nice notes from our customers. Here are a few:

"Our bench, chairs and table arrived on 9/18 as you predicted and in plenty of time for our party scheduled for 9/23. They arrived in great shape, came together within an hour and all looks beautiful! We're thrilled and grateful!"

J.S., Los Altos, California

"Two years ago I purchased your Midlothian armchairs and six foot bench. I am very happy with your products and I am now interested in buying a table . . . thank you."

M.M., New Haven, Connecticut

"We are very pleased with this bench and it will be in our Church courtyard."

J.S., Gainesville, Georgia

"I received a bench of yours as a gift last year - it's wonderful!"

R.S., North Haven, Connecticut

"Thank you very much for your help in obtaining the perfect garden bench. It is the quality and construction needed to withstand many years in the Country Club's garden. I was very pleased with every aspect of your company's word on shipping and quality of product."

K.G., Landscape Designer, Winter Springs, Florida

"I really like it that you provide the weight of your products, because it's difficult to tell how substantial something is when you're looking at it in a catalog or online. With that in mind, when I was buying teak last year (unfortunately I didn't know about your company at the time), I began to ask the different companies how much their products weighed so that I could compare them. NONE of them would tell me this, even though they obviously know how much things weigh because they ship them out all the time."

"For the wonderful people at Midlothian: I ordered a 6-foot Braefield bench about 2 weeks ago, and it has been sitting in my front garden for almost a week. I ordered the bench from your website and was a little skeptical about the quality (you know you can't touch and feel the actual product) but the bench I received was much nicer than ANY other bench I HAVE touched. My 2-year old son and I assembled it in less than 15 minutes. Keep up the great work!"

"I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my 6' Braefield bench. It arrived about a week and a half after ordering. I decided to wait until the next day (Saturday) to assemble it - just in case there were problems so I would have the time to fix them. Well, in keeping with the information on your web site, the bench was assembled in less than one hour. And that includes gluing and screwing options described in the instructions. Imagine my surprise when the instructions were printed in understandable English (although there were no pictures), the pieces easily fit together as described, and I was done in about 45 minutes. That's it. Simple. Beautiful."

We received our bench on time (about 10 days ago) and are very pleased. We are a community center with a number of seniors in attendance daily. They love the bench. We have had a Smith-Hawkens 8' bench for about 6 years, but did not have the funds to purchase another. Your bench is comparable in quality and saved us significant money. Thank you. Hope your new location has made the move worth it. We will keep you in mind if we need any other furniture
